I received mine in the mail and most likely through the mail system it loosened a part. I sent an email with pics ofit and the customer service was fantastic. No extra questions asked. They reviewed the photos, saw what was wrong and quickly sent out another one. This item is going to make a fantastic Christmas gift. Very nice product.

I haven't actually got to use this yet but the quality in the product that I see is wonderful. I am quite anxious to try this product out next week for Thanksgiving. Looking forward to some extra flavor in the bird.

Glad to see you can order just the spray top. Just what I needed. Dropped and broke my original top. Noticed now my actual blender seems to have less power since last year. Might have to get a whole new unit now tho. Not sure if I'll do that or try something else.
